About Goats do Roam

Following the careful selection of fine fruit from the top vineyards in the area, the grapes used in our Goats do Roam wines are transported to the Fairview cellar in Paarl, where the wines are produced and bottled. We harvest from the last week in January through to late March. During this period our modern, well-equipped Winery processes over 1500 tons of grapes. Modern wine making techniques coupled to traditional care enable us to depict both the varietal character and terroir of our vines.
